Web Performance Analyst

A Performance Analyst manipulates data using powerful analytical software and applications to prepare reports and evaluate outcomes. Thereafter they prepare reports or give presentations to people, so both communication and the ability to get along with people are important skills for this job. Examine performance dashboards daily and create Jira tickets for performance degradations Examine Google Lighthouse reports and address Google Core Web vitals call outs with development teams Partner with architecture team on production issues that have a performance impact on all brands Understand the waterfall and investigate opportunities for faster performance using tools like a Real User Monitoring tool (Catchpoint/Datadog/Log Rocket/Uptrends) Partner with architecture team on building/enhancing our existing performance dashboards Build/automate reports that demonstrate performance improvements and areas for future enhancements. Investigate revenue related opportunities for performance and strategize with brand teams on implementation. Should have deep understanding of web technologies like (CSS, SASS, JavaScript, CDNs, Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse performance metrics Ability to pull data from Google Analytics and understand trends and patterns Experience using performance tools such as the Real User Monitoring tool (Catchpoint/Datadog/Log Rocket/Uptrends) Ability to execute Lighthouse as a NodeJS command
