Business Analyst - OMS Retail

The OMS, Omnichannel, and Retail Business Analyst will support the operational needs of the client's Direct To Consumer (DTC) Order Management System, Omnichannel transactions, and Retail Point of Sales Systems. The Analyst will build/maintain functional business requirements and system process flows for new projects and follow-on existing projects. This role will work closely with ERP, Consumer Services, Commerce, Content Management, Omni Operations, and Retail Operations teams. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience with B2C/B2B eCommerce systems Hands-on experience working with any OMS (Order Management system) - required, experience with Deck Commerce is a big plus A high-level understanding of the order lifecycle and order attributes flow across the eCommerce ecosystem Understanding of the inventory management, order allocation, fulfillment, and returns management - required Understanding the payment processing and fraud management is nice to have Experience working through at least one Data Migration or Re-platforming project is nice to have Experience working on the integration with the ERP system is nice to have, SAP/Oracle EBS knowledge is a big plus Ability to understand complex systems and E2E order workflows Solid verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills with the ability to make presentations Experience working with both Agile is a plus. Experience working with MS Visio or Lucidchart - required Ability to work under pressure while still delivering on schedule with a strong sense of project urgency Experience in Retail Point of Sale System Experience in Verifone pinpad/payment processors is a plus Knowledge of Retail CRM is a plus Experience in support omnichannel process Knowledge of ecom/oms/retail POS integrations to support an omnichannel solution Knowledge of POS loyalty programs Job Responsibilities: Facilitate business requirements gathering sessions with external and internal stakeholders; documenting those requirements into stories, use cases, user acceptance criteria, test case definitions, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications. Work closely with the Product teams to clearly understand the roadmap and business impacts Works with Deck Commerce Project Manager and Business on new/existing implementations to ensure timely and effective delivery of requirements documentation. Participates in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings, and other Agile activities. Assist in addressing operational support work for the brands and functionalities that have gone live Updates base functionality documentation templates that reflect current version capabilities of the Deck Commerce platforms. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business processes as well as a strong working rapport with business users. Identifies and present process improvements for requirements gathering and documentation of those requirements. Work independently while juggling multiple projects simultaneously Work with the Retail Tech team, Project Management, and subject matter experts Process Omnichannel operational reports
