Business Analyst - eCommerce

Job Summary: The Business Analyst will contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of the Digital Technology Platform. This role will help cross-functional teams define eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the current state processes and technologies in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows. This position supports the design of a cutting-edge digital solution, that will allow the client to unlock further value as eCommerce evolves. Job Responsibilities: Advances Solution Delivery responsibilities & objectives using sound partnering & relationship-building skills to manage the delivery of the corporate digital platform implementation, migration, and onboarding initiatives. Collects, assesses, and reports relevant project metrics for use in a holistic evaluation of business results and optimization. Utilizes and maintains standardized guidelines and templates to ensure robust project documentation. Manages escalations appropriately and efficiently. Provide support for business applications including but not limited to commerce platforms, marketing technologies, PIM, DAM, OMS, middleware, and various third-party tools. Lead workshops and meetings to gain functional and technical requirements from the business. Develop functional specifications associated with system requirements and enhancements. Document high-level technical solutions, as well as detailed system requirements Evaluate, implement, and support new developments/enhancements through the sprint process. Manage technology dependencies, risks, action items, and issues across teams. Work with other business process owners, end-users, and project team members to effectively implement solutions on schedule. Develop, maintain, and provide technical expertise to transfer knowledge to other associates. Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications. Ideal Candidate Profile: Must be able to get up to speed quickly, Facilitate and lead cross-functional conversations and quickly pivot when needed. Bachelors in the related field, or equivalent experience Consumer products industry experience is preferred Experience with agile methodology 3+ years experience with digital / eCommerce solutions (Salesforce technology preferred) Experience in Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Stibo, Deck Commerce, MuleSoft, and Oracle/SAP a plus. Proven experience in analyzing the business needs and developing the artifacts needed for the Engineering team to efficiently execute the development. These artifacts are such user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, functional specifications, use cases, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) Hands-on experience with Visio or other modeling tools Strong focus and proven ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project 2010) Written and verbal communication skills are required Ability to respond quickly and effectively in a fast-paced work environment with many interruptions. Self-starter with a vision for change/constant improvement
