Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a skilled SOAR Business System Analyst with experience in promotions, commissions, planning, a generalist with “SOAR applications” experience being a liaison with technical and business. to join their team. As a SOAR Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and optimization of their Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) platform, as well as providing support to our IT security teams. You will also work closely with our development team to ensure that the system meets the needs of our business, with a focus on sales promotions, commissions, and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the SOAR platform, with a focus on sales promotions, commissions, and planning.
• Design and configure SOAR to meet business needs, including creating playbooks, workflows, and automations related to sales promotions, commissions, and planning.
• Lead testing efforts and ensure the quality of the SOAR implementation, with a focus on sales promotions, commissions, and planning functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users of the SOAR platform related to sales promotions, commissions, and planning.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements related to sales promotions, commissions, and planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SOAR with other systems, including ERP and commissions tools.
• Stay current on SOAR best practices and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity related to sales promotions, commissions, and planning.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in SOAR administration and configuration, with a focus on sales promotions, commissions, and planning
• Strong business knowledge related to sales promotions, commissions, and planning from a sales perspective.
• Experience with SOAR platforms such as Demisto, Phantom, or Swimlane
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
