Responsibilities:

• Support team with Business Manager configuration and administration. 
• Support system integrations and related processes. 

Requirements :

• Knowledgeable of Salesforce.com architecture and API are a must. 
• Strong background, understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform capabilities, architecture, design and development. 
• Able to do hands-on design and development of feature capabilities, including setup, configurations e.g. in Business Manager. 
• Strong understanding and 3+ years of experience in managing Merchant Tools and Administration in business manager  
• Experience in ecommerce Catalog management , job configurations and data replications in Business Manager. 
• Experience in designing and tuning for page performance, and knowledge of secure development practices. 
• Able to troubleshoot site issues, use various tools commercial or open-source to trace analyze and resolve issues. 
• Working knowledge of version control systems and Cloud Platforms (Git, Mercurial, Git Hub, Bit Bucket, Gulp, Jenkins). 
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce suite of products across all SDLC phases. 
  • Knowledge on Agile methodology and required tools like Jira, confluence etc. 
  • Needs to have SQL and/or relation DB experience. Design, administer and upkeep
  • Needs to be able to work with large data sets and be able to do SQL to transform and manipulate data
  • Experience to do ETL input and Export of data files to help facilitate ingestion into Commerce and other platforms
