Senior US IT Recruiter

Job description

  • Should have 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in Sourcing/Recruiting mid to senior level positions for various FTE/Contract/C2H requirements across the US. 
  • Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements.
  • Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
  • Should be ready to work in night shift.


Responsibilities

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar 
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Maintaining recruitment reports, identifying areas of improvement, and executing process changes.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Should have strong experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Understand the client's requirements and arrive at a hiring plan
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Expertise in niche skill hiring
  • Candidate management and control through the lifecycle
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
  • Contributing as an individual contributor.
  • MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
