-Must have learning and development experience
-We expect prompt responses as well as good communication skills to understand the issue from the user and provide appropriate solutions.
-Being able to understand end goal from HR, analyze pros and cons of potential solutions and provide consultations on how to achieve them from a system perspective.
Candidates should have a minimum 10+ years of experience in I.T and 5+ years in Salesforce.
Strong Experience in Design, Solutioning and Architecture.
Strong Experience in Integration, LWC, Sales & Service Cloud.
