SAP ABAP HR Consultant



Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP ABAP/HR, SF Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP, with specific expertise in HR techno-functional roles and SuccessFactors (SF) integration. This role involves developing and supporting SAP HR applications, integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support the integration of SAP HR with SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
     
  • Develop and maintain various custom inbound and outbound interfaces, reports, and enhancements in SAP HR using ABAP.
     
  • Configure and implement quota accrual processes, performance bonus processes, and other HR-related functionalities in SAP.
     
  • Work on SAP HR modules, including PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Management, and Payroll, providing both functional configuration and technical development.
     
  • Support and enhance HCM processes and forms, Fiori applications, and other HR-related applications.
     
  • Perform system upgrades, optimizations, and performance tuning for custom programs and interfaces.
     
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
     
  • Provide technical guidance and support for SAP HR processes, including ESS/MSS (Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service) applications.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
     
  • SAP Certified Development Specialist - ABAP for SAP HANA 2.0.
     
  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
     
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on HR techno-functional roles.
     
  • Proven experience in integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors, including configuring web services, BAPIs, and RFCs.
     
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll) and associated technologies (e.g., Webdynpro ABAP, FPM, OData).
     
  • Experience with system upgrades, performance tuning, and custom HR interface development.
     
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HANA, ALE/IDoc, LSMW, and other SAP integration tools.
     
  • Previous experience working in large-scale SAP HR projects for multinational organizations.
