We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .Net Developer with 2.5+ years of experience in full stack development, specifically in JavaScript, .NET Core, MVC, C#, MS SQL, Razor view, and LINQ. In this role, you will play a key part in developing scalable, high-performance applications for the GOrecruitAI platform, helping to deliver world-class recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, MVC, C#, MS SQL, LINQ, and Razor view.
Build and optimize front-end features using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to enhance and extend GOrecruitAI’s job posting, candidate management, and smart search capabilities.
Create robust back-end services and APIs that efficiently handle data operations, including integration with third-party services.
Design and optimize database schemas using MS SQL, employing LINQ for efficient data access and manipulation.
Ensure high-performance, scalable web applications with a focus on security, maintainability, and responsiveness.
Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications to adapt to business and technical changes.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
Mentor junior developers and collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2.5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong experience in .NET Core, MVC, C#, LINQ, MS SQL, and Razor view.
Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
Solid knowledge of relational databases, specifically MS SQL, with experience in writing complex queries and using LINQ for efficient database operations.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with recruitment tools or similar platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for deployment and scalability.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular (optional).
