The client is looking for a SAP SM/CS Consultant with hands-on experience in system and configuration.  They would know the standard transactions and be able to walk us through it

Keep in mind…

• Industry background and strong functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Please check for candidates with SAP ECC Customer Service.  Most of the resumes we get are SAP -CRM (Customer Service)
• Intermediate level on MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, LSMW

Our client front-end call center solution is Oracle Service Cloud.  The candidate doesn’t have to have experience in Oracle Service Cloud, but they should understand integrations between SAP and front-end systems.
