NetSuite (ERP) Administrator

6 Months | Contract   Remote

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Operations and Business Systems, you will be responsible for bringing our ERP to life through various integrations, customizations, and maintenance to ensure streamlined end-to-end business operations & finances. In this role, you will play an integral part in meeting business objectives through strategic planning as well as risk and exposure assessments of our systems. The successful candidate will be a highly organized NetSuite (ERP) expert who is able to support our full Enterprise Systems stack and integrations.

This role can operate remotely, Must be available during our core hours of 10.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST.

What will you be doing?

  • You will own our core enterprise systems and integrations platforms including ERP (NetSuite), iPaaS (Celigo), and Direct Integration with third party requirements (Data warehouse, Warehouse Management System, and Supply Chain & Purchasing Software).
  • You will ensure data integrity and security is maintained throughout the system stack.
  • You will manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, scripts, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • You will monitor and maintain the health of the platform, including system performance and scheduled jobs.
  • You will provide front-line training and support for users with regard to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance.
  • You will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new releases and functionality through tentree's NetSuite Sandbox environment.
  • You will work closely with various departments to ensure our systems are configured to meet their needs and requirements.


Professional Requirements

  • Extensive ERP experience including integrations and demonstrated success operating as a NetSuite Administrator
  • Confident in creating NetSuite workflows, saved searches, analytics workbooks and financial reports
  • Ability to code logical & functional scripts in SuiteScript, Javascript, PHP and HTML
  • Strong understanding of accounting, inventory, and order management systems
  • NetSuite certification is an asset

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in SAP BPC 10.1 on NetWeaver, RTC & Group Reporting. SAP FI experience is a bonus
  • Work on Consolidation/ Step Consolidation/ Planning/ Budgeting/
  • Forecasting implementation from Blueprint to implementation and go-live
  • Conduct detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs
  • Suggests options and recommendation solutions to key business users
  • Preparing system blueprint documentation
  • Design Legal and Management Consolidation, Management Reporting,
  • Different Planning scenarios Opex, Capex, HR etc.
  • Design planning/budgeting/forecasting business processes, allocation,

  • Education Qualification – CA (preferable) or M.BA from good institutes

SAP CFIN Consultant

Job Description

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in CFIN is a must
  • Can manage Central Finance and S/4 HANA feasibility assessment for various clients across geographies

SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience with SAP FICO
  • Must have S/4 HANA Implementation & support experience
  • Must have S/4 HANA Fiori deployment and configuration experience.
  • Fluent Knowledge of Core SAP processes such as AP, AR, Assets, Bank accounting including DMEEX, Controlling, General Ledger accounting including New GL, Parallel Ledgers, Inter Company accounting, Financials Fast Close etc.
  • Must have minimum 2 implementation and at least 1 support project experience in SAP FICO Space
  • Experience in implementation projects
  • Must be able to speak about the accounting entries for the different business transactions happen in SAP
  • Must be able to speak on the Data migration /conversion process from legacy to SAP
  • Must be able to speak about the Integration capabilities of SAP
  • Must have knowledge and work experience of the Integration between FI -CO, FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP, CO-PPC

Project Manager

  • Overall work experience needed is 15 - 20 years and project management must be 3 to 5 years.
  • Candidates for this role should be strong with Stakeholder management and communication skills. They are going to steer committee meetings with high level executive and authorities and during these calls will provide strategic oversight and guidance to one or multiple projects.
  • They should have detailed understanding on End-to-End project management which starts from creating a project charter and then getting into Design-->Build-->Test and Deploy; complete hands-on experience in entire SDLC of any project.
  • Hands on experience and knowledge in Agile methodology is needed.
  • Understanding on Budgeting and Costing is going to be crucial for this role as a project manager, while in execution phase project manager will be responsible to take care and monitor project variance which should never exceed 5-6%
  • Hands on experience with Risk and Issue management; project manager will be responsible to strategically oversight the project and mitigate all the risks upfront.
  • People must have experience in managing projects up to 2 million euros in their previous project management roles.
